| Contract Labour (R&A) Act |
We hold expertise in handling services under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 & the Rules made there under. This includes registration of principal employer as well as Licence to contractor. The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, is laid down by the government to prevent exploitation of contract labour. This act regulates the employment of contract labour in certain establishments and to provide for its abolition in certain circumstances and for matters connected therewith.
This Act & its Rules mainly deals in registration of establishment employing contract labour, licensing of contractors, welfare and health of contact labour, maintenance of records, submission returns etc.
